GWM ORA 07 Price in Pakistan 2026: Specs, Features and Full Review

By Admin User · 7 August 2026 · 4 min read

The GWM ORA 07 is the fast, expensive end of Pakistan's electric market — a low fastback sedan that will out-accelerate almost anything else on a Pakistani road, at a price that puts it against imported German saloons rather than against other EVs.

GWM ORA 07 Price in Pakistan

The GWM ORA 07 carries ex-factory prices from PKR 15,299,000 to PKR 17,500,000. It arrived as GWM Pakistan's EV flagship, imported as a CBU by Sazgar Engineering Works.

The lower figure is the front-wheel-drive 64 kWh car; the higher one buys the all-wheel-drive 83 kWh version. Delivery has typically run three to four months from booking.

The booking amount is PKR 5,000,000.

Remember that ex-factory is not what you pay. Registration, freight and dealer handling typically add another PKR 150,000 to 400,000 depending on your city and the engine or battery slab the vehicle falls into.

Powertrain and Performance

Two batteries are offered: a 64 kWh LFP pack good for roughly 440 km, and an 83 kWh NMC pack rated at about 570 km. The all-wheel-drive version of the larger battery car covers 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, which is supercar territory by the standards of anything else sold new in Pakistan at this price.

GWM ORA 07 Specifications

  • Battery options: 64 kWh LFP or 83 kWh NMC
  • Claimed range: approx. 440 km (64 kWh) / 570 km (83 kWh)
  • 0-100 km/h: 4.3 seconds (AWD)

Running Costs in Pakistan

A comparable petrol SUV returning 12 km/l costs roughly PKR 35,000 a month in fuel over 1,500 km. Here is how the GWM ORA 07 compares.

  • Energy use: about 14.6 kWh per 100 km at the claimed range
  • Monthly electricity: approx. 219 kWh, about PKR 13,140
  • Monthly saving vs petrol: approx. PKR 21,860, or PKR 262,320 a year

Figures assume PKR 280 per litre of petrol and PKR 60 per unit of electricity at 1,500 km a month. Adjust for your own mileage — the gap widens the more you drive, and narrows sharply if most of your kilometres are on the motorway.

Who Should Buy the GWM ORA 07?

Reasons to buy:

  • Genuinely quick — the AWD car is the fastest new vehicle in its price bracket here
  • The 83 kWh battery removes range anxiety for intercity driving
  • Comprehensive ADAS as standard

Reasons to hesitate:

  • CBU import means parts and body panels take longer to source than for locally assembled cars
  • Low-slung fastback body struggles with speed breakers and broken roads
  • At PKR 15-17.5 million you are paying a large premium over the ORA 5 for performance you cannot legally use

GWM ORA 07 Rivals in Pakistan

  • BYD Seal — the direct rival: similar concept, similar range, lower price
  • Hyundai Ioniq 5 — more practical crossover body, 800V fast charging
  • Kia EV6 — comparable money, crossover packaging

After-Sales and Ownership

The single most important question to answer before buying any ORA in Pakistan is whether there is an authorised service centre in your city, and what the parts lead time is for body panels and electronics. Newer entrants have closed most of the feature and quality gap with the established Japanese brands, but the service network is still the thing that determines whether ownership is easy or painful. Ask the dealer for the parts lead time in writing before you pay the booking amount.

Verdict

The ORA 07 is a statement car rather than a rational one. If you want the fastest EV on sale in Pakistan and can live with CBU parts lead times, it delivers. For most buyers the ORA 5 or a BYD Seal makes far more sense per rupee.
