Introduction
This policy covers the AmrokGate website and the AmrokGate iOS and Android apps. It explains what we collect when you create an account, use the marketplace, chat, manage your garage or use other features, and how we use and retain that information.
Information We Collect and Why
- •Account data: name, email, phone, city, profile details and an optional avatar help us create your account, show your profile and contact you about your use of AmrokGate.
- •Social sign-in: Google, Facebook, X and Apple provide an account identifier and, when available, your name, email and profile picture. We use these to authenticate and link your account. Apple may provide a refresh token, which we store encrypted to revoke its authorisation when you delete your account.
- •Listings: vehicle and part details, requests, photos, videos, location and the contact details you provide are used to publish and manage marketplace listings, rentals, auctions and exotic collections. Listing content and the contact details you choose to show are visible to other users.
- •Chat messages are stored and delivered to the participants so buyers and sellers can communicate and keep their conversation history.
- •Garage data includes vehicles, purchase price, ownership details, maintenance records and receipts, evaluations, emission tests, token-tax records and receipts, and M-Tag identifiers, balances and toll history. We use it to provide your garage, service history, renewal reminders and any listing information you choose to publish.
- •Driving-licence data includes your number, category, issuing authority, issue and expiry dates and an optional image. These details are private to your account and support licence management and renewal reminders.
- •Reviews, favourites and reminder preferences let you share experiences, save listings and receive renewal notifications. Device push-notification tokens let us deliver notifications to your devices.
- •Optional saved routes, trips and fuel-card labels, last four digits, expiry dates and balances support route tracking and fuel budgeting.
- •Cloudflare Turnstile processes anti-abuse signals to help distinguish people from automated requests and protect forms from spam. Content reports and blocks are used to review abuse and limit unwanted contact.
- •Website payments are handled by Stripe or Safepay. We retain payment references, plan, amount, currency and payment status to provide paid services and maintain transaction records. We do not store your payment card numbers.
Who Can See Your Information
- •We never sell your personal information. We share it with service providers as needed to operate AmrokGate, including hosting and file storage, email, real-time chat and push delivery, social sign-in, Cloudflare Turnstile and payment processing.
- •Public profiles, listings, photos, reviews and the contact details you choose to display are accessible to marketplace visitors. Chat messages are shared with their participants. Listing content may also be published through AmrokGate social accounts.
- •Google and Microsoft provide the website advertising and analytics services described below and in our Cookie Policy. These services have their own privacy policies.
- •We may disclose records when required by law or necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or a dispute. Private garage and driving-licence data are not made public unless you choose to publish supported garage information in a listing.
Website Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
- •The website uses Google Analytics 4 (_ga and _ga_*) to measure visits and page use; Google AdSense (__gads and __gpi) to select and limit adverts; and Microsoft Clarity (_clck and _clsk) to understand page interactions and find layout problems.
- •Our own analytics uses ag_session_id with consent to count unique visits. The analytics endpoint retains an irreversible session hash and daily counts, without an IP address or user agent.
- •auth_token keeps you signed in. Stripe uses __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid for fraud prevention on payment pages. These are the necessary technologies described in our Cookie Policy.
- •Google Privacy & Messaging manages website consent, with consent denied by default. Clarity and our own analytics wait for analytics consent. Google advertising and measurement use Consent Mode; Google scripts used to deliver these services and the consent message can load before a choice is made.
- •Use Cookie settings in the footer to review or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing removes our browser analytics identifier; a script already running can remain until the next page load. See the Cookie Policy for the technologies and controls.
- •The AmrokGate iOS and Android apps contain no advertising or analytics SDKs. The website advertising and analytics described here apply to the website.
Retention, Deletion and Your Choices
- •We keep account and feature data while your account is in use, unless you remove it sooner. You can edit your profile, manage listings and notification preferences, and request account deletion in the app or on the website.
- •Account deletion erases your name and contact details, anonymises your account, removes social sign-in links and revokes every session. Vehicle listings in every status and all their photos, videos, thumbnails and reel renders are deleted. A listing needed for a completed transfer, an auction with bids or a winner, or a paid or completed lease keeps only an anonymised, hidden transaction reference: its title and description become “Deleted listing”, and its contact details, location and media are erased.
- •The content of messages you sent, shared locations and link previews is erased. Empty message markers remain in the other participant’s thread, where you appear as “Deleted user”. Their own messages remain.
- •Part and dealer listings, car requests, exotic collections, reviews and authored blog posts are deleted. Your garage vehicles, maintenance history and receipts, evaluations, emission tests, token-tax records and receipts, M-Tag identifiers and toll history, and driving-licence data are deleted. Stored files for these records and your avatar are removed after the database transaction commits.
- •Favourites, blocks, push tokens, notifications, saved routes and trips, fuel cards, referral data, titles and reminder records are deleted. Renewal reminders are disabled. Your identity is removed from catalogue contributions; custom make/model text is replaced with neutral placeholders.
- •Auctions without bids or a winner and unpaid, incomplete leases and transfers are deleted. Open seller auctions with bids or a winner and active paid leases are cancelled; settled outcomes remain. We immediately attempt to cancel Stripe subscriptions and revoke Apple sign-in authorisation. Provider errors do not delay deletion; they are logged for investigation. If billing continues, contact support.
- •Payment and subscription references, including lease payments and their minimal contract records, remain linked to an anonymised account for accounting and tax law. They are kept as long as required by law.
- •Moderation reports you filed or that were filed about you, including report details and review history, are retained for safety. Administrator-access security audit records are retained to investigate unauthorised access. Completed transfers, auction bids and outcomes, and their minimal listing references are retained to prevent fraud and resolve transaction disputes; transfer notes and documents are erased.
- •Safety and security records, anonymised transaction references, account and catalogue references, and conversation rows with empty markers currently have no fixed automatic deletion period. Contact support to ask which records remain and request a review of whether a specific record can be removed. Copies already saved by other users or payment providers are outside the account deletion process.
- •You can ask support to access, correct or delete information, or raise a privacy concern. We verify account ownership before acting on requests involving private data.
Security
- •We use account authentication and access controls to restrict private account, chat, garage and licence information. Passwords are hashed and sensitive Apple refresh tokens are encrypted in storage.
- •Driving-licence image files are stored on private storage and accessed through authenticated requests. Public listing media is intended to be accessible to marketplace visitors.
- •No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Keep your sign-in credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access to support.
Account Deletion and Cookie Controls

Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes.
