Delete in the app

In the AmrokGate iOS or Android app, sign in, open Profile › Delete Account, and confirm deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Delete on the website

Sign in, then return to this page to use the Delete my account button. You can also request deletion by email below.

Anyone can email support@amrokgate.com from the email address on their AmrokGate account and ask us to delete it. We verify account ownership before processing the request. If you use Apple Hide My Email, include your account’s relay address so we can locate the account and help verify it.

What is deleted and when

• When deletion is processed, your name and contact details are erased, your account is anonymised, social sign-in links are removed, and every sign-in session is revoked.
• Vehicle listings in every status are hidden and their contact details, street address and coordinates are erased. Part listings, car requests, exotic collections and your reviews are deleted.
• Your garage vehicles, maintenance logs and receipts, evaluations, emission tests and driving-licence data are deleted. Stored files for these records and your avatar are removed after the database transaction commits.
• Favourites, user blocks, push-notification tokens, saved routes, fuel cards and reminder records are deleted. Renewal reminders are disabled.
• Open seller auctions are cancelled. We immediately attempt to cancel Stripe subscriptions and revoke Apple sign-in authorisation. Provider errors do not delay deletion; they are logged for investigation. If billing continues, contact support.

What is retained and for how long

An anonymised account reference and suspended vehicle listing records, including their media, remain. Payment records are retained for accounting, legal obligations and disputes. Bids, settled auction outcomes, chat history and surviving transfer or lease records remain to preserve other users’ transaction and conversation history. Messages or documents may still contain details you previously shared.

These retained records currently have no fixed automatic deletion period and are retained indefinitely unless separately removed. Contact support to ask which records remain and request a review of whether a specific record can be removed. Copies already saved by other users or payment providers are outside the account deletion process.
