By accessing and using AmrokGate's website, iOS and Android apps, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When listing a vehicle, you must provide accurate information about the vehicle's condition, history, and specifications. Misleading or false listings are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell the listed vehicle.

AmrokGate has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, scams and other harmful or illegal material in listings, photos, reviews, profiles or chat. Users can report content and block users in the app and on the website. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Offending content is removed, and offending accounts are suspended or banned. These rules form part of the end-user licence agreement for the AmrokGate mobile apps as well as the website terms.

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Attempting to manipulate search results or reviews
• Using automated tools to access or scrape our platform
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Listing stolen vehicles or engaging in illegal transactions
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications

AmrokGate facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All transactions are conducted directly between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed. Premium listing fees and other service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

AmrokGate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of other users.

All content on AmrokGate, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.
