1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AmrokGate's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Listing Guidelines
When listing a vehicle, you must provide accurate information about the vehicle's condition, history, and specifications. Misleading or false listings are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell the listed vehicle.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Attempting to manipulate search results or reviews
- Using automated tools to access or scrape our platform
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Listing stolen vehicles or engaging in illegal transactions
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
5. Transactions & Payments
AmrokGate facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All transactions are conducted directly between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed. Premium listing fees and other service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
AmrokGate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on AmrokGate, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.
Your Obligations
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
