Fuel prices in Pakistan are regulated by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and revised fortnightly, effective from 25 July 2026. Pakistan imports crude oil primarily priced against Brent Crude — as the international barrel price rises or falls, OGRA adjusts pump prices for petrol, diesel, and kerosene. One barrel of crude oil equals 158.987 litres; pump prices are higher than the raw crude cost because they include refining, government levies (PDL, GST), and distribution margins.
